Accounts are charged immediately at the time of creating a reservation, not on reservation date.
There are no refunds for childcare reservation cancellations.
A credit will be manually applied to the account if the reservation is cancelled 24+hours prior to the reservation start time. This is not immediate and may take up to 2 business days. The credit will be applied to the next invoice (Next new reservation, membership fee, etc.)
There are no refunds or credits applied to the account if you have to cancel due to illness (within 24 hours of your reservation start time), or if your child is sent home due to illness.
