Conference Room

Every Caalma member receives 4 free conference hours per month - perfect for presentations, board meetings, etc. The conference room comfortable seats 8-10 people. It comes equipped with a large television for presentations, as well as 2 white boards.
Phone Booths

Caalma has 2 private phone booths available for private calls. Both are equipped with a small desk, a lamp, and a white noise machine. Phone booth A is conveniently located in the middle of the second floor, phone booth B is located at the end of the second floor hall and has a window.

Nap Room A and B is conveniently located off of the children's play space. It is equipped with a crib and a cot. Clean blankets, fresh sheets, and stuffed animals are easily accessible in labeled storage bins. A desk, a lamp, and a white noise machine are available for parents to work. Free booking for members.

Members can use the larger laser printer on the second floor. If you plan to print more than 10 pages per month, you need to purchase our printing add-on for your membership. It is $20/month, includes unlimited color & BW printing on letter and tabloid sized paper. Printer Driver link.
Mail Service

Caalma can accept packages and mail for you for an added $10/month! If you would like mail service, sign up below, and you will be assigned a cubby that you can access during open hours to receive your mail and packages.

Kisi is the name of our keyless entry system - pronounced KEEYSEE. Once you join Caalma, you will receive an email from Kisi with instructions to download the app and use the door system.

My partner and I both work in the building, and our son goes to daycare downstairs. We love being able to go visit him throughout the day and knowing he's close, while also being able to work in a calming, gorgeous space.
